๐Ÿ“Œ HR Coordinator (FULL TIME)

๐Ÿ“ Location: Belize City

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities

  • Circulate internal job ads and manage applications.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires.
  • Manage employee records and compliance.
  • Support performance management and vacation reconciliation.
  • Assist with employee relations and benefits.
  • Provide system support and general HR administrative tasks.

๐Ÿ”น Knowledge & Skillsย 

  • Associate’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of HR administration experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Belizean labor laws is an asset.

๐Ÿ”น Key Competencies and Attitudes:

  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and ethical conduct.

    โœ… Requires an Associate’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 2+ years of HR admin experience. Must have strong organizational and time-management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a good grasp of HR practices.
