๐ HR Coordinator (FULL TIME)
๐ Location: Belize City
๐น Key Responsibilities
- Circulate internal job ads and manage applications.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires.
- Manage employee records and compliance.
- Support performance management and vacation reconciliation.
- Assist with employee relations and benefits.
- Provide system support and general HR administrative tasks.
๐น Knowledge & Skillsย
- Associate’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR administration experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Belizean labor laws is an asset.
๐น Key Competencies and Attitudes:
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and ethical conduct.
โ Requires an Associate’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 2+ years of HR admin experience. Must have strong organizational and time-management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a good grasp of HR practices.
