📌 CLAIMS OFFICER (FULL TIME)
📍 Location: Belize City
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for processing claims from start to finish using Company’s
underwriting software. - Maintain frequent and accurate communication with claimants throughout the claims
process. - Adjust and settle claims within the company’s required timelines.
- Efficiently manage all documentation related to claims.
- Conduct inspections and prepare valuation reports on vehicles to be insured.
- Assist with monthly reporting.
🔹 Skills
- Have general knowledge of motor vehicles and building construction.
- Have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and respond well under pressure.
- Work well with a wide range of people and be personable.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to travel.
- Occasionally be on call to respond to claims during nights and weekends.
✅ Minimum Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent level of education preferred, and a minimum of two (2) years experience in Insurance related fields.
📌 Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
