This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RF&G Insurance Company Limited (“RF&G Insurance”) and the user of the online payment gateway services (“User”). By accessing or using the online payment gateway provided by The Belize Bank Limited, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the online payment gateway, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the online payment gateway.

Use of Online Payment Gateway

1. The User agrees to use the online payment gateway only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of Belize.
2. The User agrees not to use the online payment gateway for any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
3. RF&G Insurance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction deemed suspicious or unauthorized.

Payment Processing

1. The online payment gateway facilitates the processing of payments for services provided by RF&G Insurance.
2. RF&G Insurance is not responsible for any errors or delays in processing payments that result from incorrect information provided by the User.
3. All payments made through the online payment gateway are subject to verification and approval by RF&G Insurance.

Security

Payment processing is done via The Belize Bank payment gateway and herein means that no information with regards to a user’s credit or debit card information is stored by RF&G Insurance. RF&G Insurance will only store the user’s email address provided on the site.

Disclaimer of Warranty

1. RF&G Insurance provides the online payment gateway on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind.
2. RF&G Insurance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

1. In no event shall RF&G Insurance be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the online payment gateway.
2. RF&G Insurance’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the use of the online payment gateway.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.

Modification of Terms

RF&G Insurance reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, with prior notice to the User. Continued use of the online payment gateway after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between RF&G Insurance and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Definitions

“Online Payment Gateway” refers to the electronic payment service provided by The Belize Bank Limited for processing online payments securely.

“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the online payment gateway.

“RF&G Insurance” refers to RF&G Insurance Company Limited., a company registered in Belize.
